Held on September 3, 2025, at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), the Iyaloju Participatory Forum convened women, community leaders, health workers, and policymakers from ten research LGAs — Agege, Surulere, Oshodi, Mushin, Iba, Kosofe, Badore, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos Mainland, and Ajeromi — to discuss ways to enhance maternal health services in urban low-income communities.
The forum fostered meaningful dialogue, highlighted key challenges, and showcased community-driven solutions to promote access to quality and respectful maternal care.
